Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested, ensuring transparency and fairness for our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Alpha Art, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, as indicated by the tracking information provided by the carrier. Returns requested after this 7-day period will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation number, or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
  • Eligible Products: Only items purchased directly from Alphaart.shop (or other official Alpha Art sales channels) are eligible for return. Items purchased from third-party retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable unless defective:
    • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
    • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service team at support@alphaartclothing.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RMA number.
  • Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team, using a trackable and insured shipping method. Alpha Art is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will include the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item shipped). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Alpha Art will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, at your discretion, subject to availability.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

Alpha Art does not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred product.

5. Non-Returnable After 7 Days

No returns or refunds will be accepted for items requested after the 7-day return window, except in cases of defective or damaged items, which are covered under our warranty policy (see Section 6). This policy is strictly enforced to maintain fairness and operational efficiency.

 

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alphaart.shop with your order number and photos of the issue with proof of the damage the same day that the package was received. We will investigate and, if approved, provide a prepaid return shipping label and either a full refund or a replacement, subject to availability. Defective items may be covered under our limited warranty, which extends up to 30 days from delivery for manufacturing defects only (normal wear and tear excluded).

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Alpha Art (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • Proper Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Alpha Art is not liable for items damaged due to improper packaging.
  • Timely Submission: Requests for returns must be initiated within the 7-day window to be considered.

8. International Orders

For international orders, the same 7-day return policy applies. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with returning the item. Please ensure compliance with local customs regulations when returning items. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method, and Alpha Art is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

9. Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights

This Return and Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Customers in certain jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights that cannot be waived.
